Zumiez — Local services in Miramar Beach

I called in and asked Hey do you sell helmets they said yeah we have helmets. I said OK cool we are heading that way , what time do you close 6? They said yes that's right. I said OK just making sure you're open today. I get there and there is a sign on the door that says no shopping without wearing a mask I go inside they say you can't shop without a mask. I said are you going to give me a mask? They said no but you can buy 1. I stated how about tell your customers that call on the phone and are heading your way they will require a mask to shop. They replied we have a big sign on our door. I said how are people calling in suppose to see a sign on a door from their house ? I then left. I called to inform the manager they should start telling their customers on the phone that they require masks. This A hole Tried the same attitude as the pink haired thing that was working there by saying they have a sign on the door.. their site also doesn't say a thing about masks. They can zoom straight to hell because I will never shop there as a local ever.

Edit: 4 stars now because of the 5 star phone call I had with our regional manager in FL. After speaking with him I can say I will be visiting the store for future skating needs. He was professional, empathetic, and spoke to me the way you would always hope to interact with a representative of a brand. Appreciate it. 5 stars after I have an in store...

Terrible employees. Walked in today and three kids working there, sitting down with their cell phones out. Not one said a word when we walked in. One of the employees was actually sitting on top of the retail counter with her feet up on the glass by the register. She glanced at me then went back to her phone without a word. I made it halfway through the store before I was so annoyed that I turned around to leave. At the door I watched all three kids continue on their phones and I finally spoke up and told them it was a good thing I didn’t need anything in their store and they could continue on their all-important cell phones. I think I will call the manager tomorrow...
