Nails Labelle (Destin Commons) — Local services in Miramar Beach

DONT GO HERE!! I thought this place was going to be nice bc of the reviews and location. This is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever gone to. My receipt says Kimberly was my tech. I asked for someone young and they gave me someone in their 50’s. I had a 10am appointment and was rushing my breakfast to get there on time. Well she was late and made me wait until 10:20 bc she said she had to do the towels. And if I would have known that she was going to be doing my dip nails AND pedicure, I probably never would have come. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. There are not enough people working there and I felt sorry for the other people waiting. My pedi was poorly done. She completely missed the sides of some of my toenails. I also made it very clear that I like my dipped nails squared and thick and they are so thin and round. Probably bc the very first layer she did was just a line down the middle of my nail and dipped it in the powder. Then she cut my thumb with the drill and it took days for it not to hurt anymore. I even told her she was too close and she just kept going. I’m so disappointed in this place. I’m going to have to get my nails redone in less than 2 weeks. I had nails chipping after a couple days. I also needed to get my eyebrows waxed but I was there for so long and my nails were so poorly done that I didn’t want to see what would have been done to them. Don’t go...

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!!! RUN!!!! Came with my family for a nice day out and get mani and pedi and as I got done with my toes I asked the gentlemen to please use NEW MONOMER which is the purple liquid to use on acrylic because the one he had was FILTHY and he refused to change it. I asked him to please understand that I was NOT COMFORTABLE he then again said he "didn't have any" i then told him I did not wish to continue the service, he seemed bothered by what I said but I will not pay for something I DO NOT LIKE!!! I than just sat down on my phone and waited for my family members to get done with their nail services. The same gentlemen took a picture of me WITHOUT MY CONSENT I asked him to PLEASE DELETE IT he than REFUSED I asked him who was his manager and said "what if I don't tell you" we were the LAST CLIENTS OF THE DAY THATS WHY HE ACTED THIS WAY. He then went to get security to kick me out of his store but security understood my perspective and was understanding. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME NOT WORTH THE DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!! I went in and was probably the last person of their night. I was never offered anything to drink, I showed the lady exactly what I wanted which was a dark blue chrome color and that is not what she did. She did a bright blue with pink shimmer?? I hate when my feet get scrubbed since my feet are already soft and now my feet are peeling from her aggressively over scrubbing them with that pink pad. The water was barely warm. She didn't ask or cut down my nails and didn't even massage me after she was finished just rubbed the tiniest bit of oil on the bottom of my burning feet. In the Destin area I don't know how this place survives. Yes inside is nicely decorated but the service was awful and the price stupid expensive. I can say I'll continue to go to the salon in Crestview because it only costs $40 and I get wine and wax with a foot rub and she doesn't tear up the...
