This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 45 years. I ordered shoes online for my daughter. The next day she noticed that they had a split in them. Her and her mom took them back just wanting to swap them. The store told her they looked worn on the inside even though the outside was spotless. She literally tried them on and that was it. She was going to wear them the next day when she noticed the issue. She never even got to wear them. She’s wanted those shoes for a long time. Pathetic customer service and people here. I had the best experience at finish line in Destin Commons! Jerad, the store manager was one of the most helpful, kindest sales representatives I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he bring 10 different pairs of shoes in and out of the back for me (with a smile on his face no less) because I was so indecisive but he offered his opinion and advice as I tried to make a decision. In the end when the shoe I ended up wanting wasn’t in stock, he offered to check online. When it wasn’t available online either, he offered a great solution- to buy it in the kids size!!!! Worst experience ever! I’ve bought the New Balance 530 from them for $100 plus $7 tax. Total $107 and went back to return because need a smaller size and the store didn’t have one. Upon return I noticed that I received only $100 back. Salesperson explained that now they have a tax free season so I get only $100. I asked for manager and that sales person said he is the manager, then I asked for supervisor and he said he is the supervisor. Then I asked to call someone who can fix the issue.
