I would not recommend shopping here. I received an unpackaged item at my baby shower, but the gift giver gave me the package separate so that I could exchange the item if need be. The associate was helpful but had to call the owner/manager about the exchange. I was happy to spend 5x as much as the item being exchanged until the associate told me the owner would only allow an exchange at 60% the items worth due to the packaging being detached. I spoke to the owner on the phone about it and she had the audacity to tell me that it did not matter if I was spending $10,000 in her store, their policy stood. I fully understand that companies have policies and adhere to them for 'fairness', but her attitude was completely arrogant. At one point she told me it shouldn't be a big deal because the item was a gift anyway. Policy or not, the item was a gift, was not damaged, and the packaging had a small scissor snip. Treating customers like their business is not needed or appreciated is unacceptable. Places like this tend to no last at the Destin Commons, so maybe I'll return for the 'out of...

Use Caution in the store. Shelving is NOT properly secured to the walls. We picked up a comforter to look at and the plastic wrap from the blanket packaging stuck to the HEAVY GLASS and the entire thing fell straight down on my wifes foot. Unfortunatly this has left her with a very bad injury that is still being treated. Do not let your child stand or wait under any of the displays in this store. Unfortunatly little to no help at the store when this happened and VERY dissapointing to not have ANY kind of follow up by the store or the owner. So happy I found this little gem!! I'm not local and frequently shop a brand that you have to call to order and cannot order online. I had the absolute best experience with Jasmine today. I had to call twice because I wanted to add to my order and she was extremely friendly and even offered to send me pictures of what they have in stock. My experience was quick and simple which is very important when you work fulltime and need to place the call quickly. I will definitely be calling them again!
