This past weekend, I visited a store with the intention of buying a thoughtful gift for my grandmother. I was trying to show my sister a picture of the item to ensure I picked the right one, when the owner approached me. He spoke to me in an incredibly condescending tone, telling me that the “right thing to do” would have been to ask for permission to take a picture.(not sure if there was a sign that it wasnt allowed) While I completely respect store policies, the way he spoke to me felt patronizing—almost as if I were a child. What made it even more frustrating was that he changed his demeanor entirely when interacting with other customers, treating them with a level of respect that I wasn’t afforded.

It was a disappointing experience, as I was simply trying to make a thoughtful purchase, but the way I was treated left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate that one rude interaction can overshadow an otherwise pleasant shopping experience. I won’t be returning to this store...

Me and my partner came in in person and bought several figures that we ADORE. I bought another item from the website, but it turns out it wasn't available. I recieved a call from the shop where they offered me several options, to wait for the item to be custom made again or to select some similar items. I ended up deciding to get a few more items that was gonna make the price go up by a bit. They let me select the items I wanted, and let me choose between paying the difference via phone or by sending a check. I decided to send a check. They didn't even wait for the check to arrive before they sent a picture of the items they mailed off! The people that work here are SO sweet. So communicative, trusting and accommodating. Could not be any happier with the quality of products...

I found this place late night while strolling around cannery row. I am so glad I went in. The art pieces sold here are absolutely beautiful. They're hand crafted and hand painted with an agave brush. I spent almost an hour here checking out all of the beautiful items. The gentleman at the cashier was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what all of the symbols and colors of each piece meant. I reached out to them today to see if I could get them to ship me a piece for a friend's birthday. He was super accommodating and friendly, they have excellent customer service. I will stop by next time I...
