I was hesitant to write a negative review, especially of a small business but here I am. I took a commissioned a sheathe to be done there and brought in the knife that it was to be made for beginning to mid August. I was told it would be mid October before it would be done and to NOT call checking up on it as it would only "delay" the process and they would get it done. Well, mid October past and it was a week into November when I finally called and the person who answered(they seemed new) couldn't find the knife and then questioned me if I even left it there. After a few minutes of back and forth they found it and when I asked if they had an ETA(as it has been several weeks past the promised date) I was assured that they would call me back within 3 days. Well I waited about 2 to 3 weeks and never heard from anyone. I eventually gave up and went in to pick up my knife and there it was under a pile of things that they have yet to finish. Overall I can't blame them for taking they're time as I hear they do quality work. I just wish someone would have been honest with the time or if it was too small of a job and a waste of their time to have let me know as the sheathe and the knife was a gift for a family member.
