If you don't mind flies in your food, give this place a try. Let me start by saying the inside of this eatery is beautiful. They honestly did a wonderful job on the build. However what they didn't figure when building was where to put dirty dish bins and how to combat the ongoing fly to food issue. My wife and I were extremely excited to try this restaurant since we saw it being built for months. 1st time we went, we couldn't find parking since it was super busy. We figured this place was awesome, so we decided to try again. Upon sitting down a girl that never introduced herself asked us if we were ready to order. We asked to start with water while we look over the menu. We had a simple question about the rye toast, seeded or unseeded. Our server went to ask but nobody in the kitchen could confirm since it was marble rye. (Totally the best part of our experience, which is very sad.) We proceed to order. My wife ordered the salted caramel banana stuffed French toast with a side of fried eggs and bacon. I ordered the spinach, bacon, wild mushroom & Swiss omelet. In between ordering, til food came out maybe only took 10-15 minutes. During this time we easily swatted away 20-30 flies. Our food comes out and I have cold home fries. The server was kind enough to replace them with fresh ones. (FYI, the restaurant has less than 10 tables occupied around 10:00 am) I cut into the omelet and it's runny, like not even done and definitely not seasoned. My wife's "stuffed " French toast was 1 piece of French toast with 2 or 3 halved pieces on top, with another piece of French toast on top with a little bit of caramel and whipped cream. Nothing stuffed about it. After the 1st bite we noticed this little guy that decided to share her food. The server finally came over and we shared with her the experience and showed them the food and she said she would take care of it. The unprofessional manager couldn't be bothered by the issues of food not being prepared properly nor of her staff eating and snacking on the floor while they stared at tables while they were eating. This place has the potential to be something special if they work out all these kinks in food execution, hire & trainer better servers & actually invest in a management team that knows about customer service. Being in customer service and management for a good part of my life, I was embarrassed for the owners of this beautiful establishment. I doubt we caught it on a bad day either.

I work in the restaurant business. My husband is an owner. I understand when places are busy but we did not feel like we were valued customers.

I was disappointed by my experience here. We came for a friend's birthday and wanted it to be a special time. The restaurant was extremely busy so there was a short wait, no problem there so we headed to the bar to grab a drink or two. We were never acknowledged by any of the tenders. I had to ask to be waited on. They rang us up before we got drinks, that wasn't a huge problem except the fact that they didn't hesitate taking our money but again barely acknowledged us. We waited patiently without bothering any of them for at least an hour for our drinks. We got a table before we got drinks and one of my friends waited solor while we continued to wait for drinks for at least 30 min. Finally, a lady who appeared to management or maybe the owner asked if we had been helped. They figured out they lost our ticket. Any of the bartenders should have noticed that we were still waiting as others came and left and were served before us when sitting down after us. So, we finally got our drinks. Since I mentioned to the owner or manager about our experience at the bar they brought some warm mimosas to the table and halfway apologized. The waitress was nice and apologetic for our bar experience at first but then it took us forever to get our food too and she didn't come by to check on us often. The manager/owner never came back by to see how our experience was or ask about our food. I'm very forgiving and not an uptight uppity person. I normally never complain because usually I can relate to restaurant life and mistakes do happen but our experience was unacceptable in my opinion. We were not made to feel important or valued even among the mishaps.

The food was decent and the atmosphere was beautiful. Probably won't ever come back and I won't recommend to family...

If you’re looking for a top-tier brunch spot in Myrtle Beach, Mimosas is the place to be! From the moment you walk in, the warm, modern atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant has a stylish yet cozy vibe, with both indoor and outdoor seating that makes it perfect for any occasion—whether you’re catching up with friends, celebrating a special event, or just indulging in a top-notch meal.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! Their menu is packed with creative, mouthwatering options that put a unique spin on classic brunch favorites. One of the standout dishes is the Fried Lobster & Waffles—crispy, juicy, and paired with the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The Shrimp & Grits is another must-try, loaded with rich, bold flavors that showcase the best of Southern cuisine. If you have a sweet tooth, the Crème Brûlée French Toast or Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes will take your taste buds to heaven.

Of course, no visit to Mimosas would be complete without trying one of their signature drinks. Their craft mimosas are next level, featuring fresh, innovative flavors that go way beyond your typical orange juice and champagne combo. And if you’re more of a Bloody Mary person, they make one of the best in town—perfectly spiced and loaded with flavor.

Service here is another major highlight. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring you have a great experience. Even when the place is packed (which it often is because it’s so popular), they manage to keep things running smoothly without making you feel rushed.

Overall, Mimosas is hands down one of the best brunch spots in Myrtle Beach. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is one spot that should be on your must-try list. Incredible food, amazing drinks, fantastic service—what more could you ask for? 10/10,...
