Oh my goodness! I’ll start at the beginning. We are from out of state and bought a vacation home here, and were buying all new furniture, inside and out. We went to several outdoor furniture stores and settled on Palm Casual because of their huge selection and the outstanding service we received from Cam and his staff. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, as were all the sales people. We settled on a gorgeous wicker set and some beautiful Adirondack chairs. Everything was delivered when promised but we did not arrive until 2 months later. Upon arrival, I realized the colors in our new living room furniture did not match the cushions on our wicker furniture, which was highly visible from our living room! It was awful! Extremely disappointed and mad at myself for making such a big mistake, I figured I’d just have to live with it, or so I thought. My sister suggested I ask Cam if I could return the cushions and exchange them for cushions with a fabric that matched our living room. The worst he could do was laugh and say no, so I gave it a shot. I went to the store, told him of my mistake, and asked if he could possibly let me select new fabric and return the original cushions. At no charge. He looked at me, smiling, and said, “Absolutely! Select the fabric you want and I’ll have it to you in two to three weeks. I was floored! In shock, I asked if I should bring the original cushions in, and he said, “Nope, we’ll pick them up when we deliver the new ones. In the meantime, feel free to use them!” Can you imagine?! This kind of customer service is unheard of. If I could give Palm Casual of Myrtle Beach more than 5 stars I most surely...

I was visiting my mother in SC but I live in MD - point being that I wanted to find furniture that I could immediately purchase and take back to MD with me (luckily I have a truck and cargo trailer).

We have had issues finding outdoor furniture in MD and I also wanted to avoid the hassle and expense of shipping.

We dealt with Cam, the store manager and he was very accommodating to the fact that I wanted to leave with furniture and did not want to get involved with ordering/shipping/etc.

My deck in MD is 12 x 20 and Cam allowed us to set up a mock-up in the parking lot so that I could visualize what the furniture would look like on my deck - again Cam was very accommodating to let us move furniture around and he even helped to carry it.

I have to admit that I love to be able to negotiate on price but Cam and this store do not do that; Cam held his line and I got crickets :), so just know you will be paying the full price. In all fairness however they gave me a small corner table that probably had a value of approx $125 ish.

It is difficult to talk about budget since everyone is different regarding income and sense of value but I opine this was good value for the money. We first went to a different outdoor furniture store where the prices were exceedingly expensive - not saying the furniture was not worth the price but I am questioning how much the average person wants to pay for outdoor furniture.

You don’t walk out of this store unscathed regarding the expense but you do walk out with a sense that you did get a reasonable return for your money. I would definitely purchase...

My wife and I recently added a screened porch to our home. After looking at numerous furniture establishments, we stopped in @ Palm Casual. We were greeted by Dave who was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products being offered. Dave was not your typical High Pressure sales person. He said take your time, look around and if we had any questions, he would be near by to help. We found a vinyl wicker set that seemed perfect for our porch which happens to be pretty large (12'X29'). Dave explained how the furniture was built in their Florida facility. We asked him to price it out and we went home to measure and consider the quotation. We went back 2 days later and not only bought what was originally quoted, but added a few more pieces. Although we haven't received our order yet, we are extremely happy with our decision to purchase from Palm Casual. If you are looking for furniture, stop in and talk to Dave or any other team member. Ours was an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks again Dave.
