I understand that the boots will have natural markings and wear on them, but most of them had human destruction on them, not much, but still there. I finally found a pair with only a little torn leather on the side and a few scratches. I understand in such a busy location it's hard to keep the product in order, but they don't have many staff working there at all. I went 1st on the weekend and it was insane and I only saw 1 person helping, so I stayed for a while and helped myself. Ended up leaving because it was too hectic and I felt bad for the employee and didn't want to take her time by asking all kinds of questions.
