I have NEVER in my life been so angry and disapointed trying to spend my hard earned money. My husband and I walked past this shop and saw something in the window we wanted to buy. We walked in and the manager said "you have 3 minutes". I said it wont take that long, we want that pink guitar in the window. She said "go get them a pink guitar". The guy said "there isnt a pink one there is black and purple" we said "oh great we will take them both". He brought the purple one down and went to get the black one. The "manager" opened the box to make sure it was purple. My husband picked it up and strummed it, she jerked it out of his hands and walked away and said you cant have it there are rules. I told you, you couldnt touch it till you leave the store. We have cameras all over this shop and you will get me fired. And refused to sell us 2 guitars. I am NOT even kidding about this. We walked in that gift shop make one purchase, we were gonna buy 2 guitars and left empty handed, appalled...

However, at checkout, I was charged $6.99 each. When I questioned the price, the cashier claimed the items were mismarked and refused to honor the displayed priceāeven though every identical item on the shelf was marked $4.99.
I also requested to speak with a manager, but the cashier said no manager was available. Based on how the situation was handled, I believe this was dishonest or at least very poor customer service.
This kind of pricing discrepancy feels deceptive and leaves the impression that the store is taking advantage of customers, especially visitors. Itās unacceptable to display one price and charge another, then refuse to address it appropriately.
I would not recommend shopping here unless the store takes steps to fix its pricing practices and staff...

After standing in line patiently with everyone else for 10 mins, some guy came and said we all had to go join the first line in the back. I requested him that weāve been in line for a long time and I have hip issues so to just take us. We all had been waiting and they had two registers with two people working it. But he wouldnāt have it. I understand that rules are rules but like the whole group of 10 people in line werenāt doing anything wrong and them standing again for 20 minutes is ridiculous. He could have just asked new customers to not join the second line and join the first to stop the second line. If I didnāt have hip issues I wouldāve been fine but I actually couldnāt stand.
