Iâve had a great experience with Jabbi and his team. Always willing to help and has stood by their warranties. Bought a MacBook Pro from them with a bad battery and they replaced it no problem. Even made special accommodations to get me in sooner because Jabbi knew that my laptop is how I earn a living and work. They fixed an earlier MacBook I had with no problem, as well as a desktop Mac that wasnât really worth fixing anyway, but replaced the faulty hard drive (which was not what we thought the issue was, we thought it was a software issue) at no extra cost.
The only issue I have is that they sell junk aftermarket products. If I spend $700 on a MacBook Pro, I expect the accessories to be quality and to last longer than a month. But I was given a piece of crap usb c charger not once but twice. The first charger that crapped out on me after less than a month he replaced it with another one no problem. But then the second one went out within a month. I sent him a strongly worded text message about it which I am not proud of. But when youâre in the middle of a project youâve been working on for a full work day and your laptop dies because the SECOND charger youâve gotten from them just quits working, and you donât notice itâs not working because you would expect a 1 month old charger to work as it should; and then have to spend $140 to go buy a decent working one AND waste an hour and a half of work time to go get it, you would be upset too. I did not ask for a replacement from him again because I do not want another piece of trash. I will not buy any more from them, even though I was well satisfied with all of the other service Iâve received from them in the last year since Iâve been going to them. Very friendly experience with all of them, and professional quality service. Just not the after market products. Customers want products that work. Please donât sacrifice the quality of your products to save a couple of bucks. Your customers hard work and valuable time is on the line.

   Read moreIf you want something repaired, go anywhere else, as this place's motto is: "Well sometimes you take a car in for repairs and you have to go back - we do a great job but it's like that". The owner will do absolutely anything to argue with you or give excuses for shoddy workmanship.
I was charged $387 for a keyboard replacement on my laptop. It took a week longer than expected to get the part in, and when it finally came in, the repairs were rushed - the track pad wasn't re-seated properly, the filter was curled up not flat from the casing just being shoved back on, one of the keys didn't light up, and the volume controls were connected to the wrong keys. Took it back in; had to go back multiple times because the owner had a call out and decided to "take his time" in getting to the shop as a result, even though many people were waiting in the sun on his doorstep. Was gaslit and argued with multiple times that "Oh we did a wonderful job on the replacement, it's (insert scapegoat)'s fault or your fault that it's still not fixed - "you clearly have problems"". Couldn't be bothered to call me and tell me that he couldn't fix it in the timeline that it was needed; I had to call him and hear more excuses.
Took the computer back, got the part ordered online, it arrived literally next day, and got a competent shop to fix it same day for 1/3 of the price.
Don't take my word for it - the owner seems to go out of his way to argue with every negative review on here, so I'll let his antagonism speak for itself...

The Owner was nice enough, but there were some issues with the machine. #1 he had just replaced the battery in it, and he was in such a hurry because there were other customers waiting, that he installed it wrong, and it was pressing on the trackpad causing not to function properly. Thank goodness that I have experience in this field and could fix it, so I did, and it works good now. #2 It had the Anti-Glare coating on the Retina Screen it and it was peeling off. He said that there was nothing he could do about it and that all the older Retina Screens did that. He was right about half of that. Yes⌠all the older Retina Screenâs do that, but I knew that it could be remedied from rumors that I have heard in the past. I did a little research and found out how to clean that Anti-Glare off, so I did, and Viola⌠Looks like brand new. Also, when we came in, you told us that the original computer that was advertised was sold but you had a comparable one, but the one you sold us was a slower processor and half the RAM that the other one was. I will say this, the price was right where it should have been. So anyway, I just canât give this place 5 stars, but I do have a friendly suggestion⌠Spend some time and do your research, take your time on your repairs, and donât BS people just to make a sale, because that is exactly what you did to us!
