I would like to start by saying, this is overall a great place for children! The facility has many elements for children of different ages and interests. My daughter and her friends (ages 2-9) all had a great time playing at my daughterâs third birthday party. The low rating is due to the customer service we received. As referenced in other reviews, our party was one which felt very rushed based on the timeline for parties which is very strictly followed. Even coming in to set up we were only given 15 minutes to get the party room ready for our guests. The issue of a tight timing became even more evident after our play time ended. Due to circumstances outside of our partyâs or WRTSâs control, the food for the children in attendance came late. WRTS was not able to provide any flexibility around this issue even though there was only about a 10-minute delay. While I understand the need for a tight schedule to accommodate additional parties, but realistically these parties are accommodating many children/families and things do not always go to planned. Unfortunately, due to the issues with getting our children fed, there was very little time remaining for birthday cake. I was prepared to cut our cake and share it with friends so they could take slices with them. I understand my booking was until 3pm and additional time was not expected. However, as I was trying to cut cake, plates were being thrown away and staff coming in to clear our party made the situation even more chaotic. I had plenty of help getting our decorations down and getting our party ready to leave in a timely fashion. I only wanted the ability to give our guests the option of taking cake with them. This was impossible when plates and forks were being cleared. It was very rude and did not go unnoticed by a single parent. We were rushed out of the building. I was in my car by 2:57 so it was not a case of us mismanaging our time. I genuinely feel the party timeline should be reevaluated if it is so tight a 10-minute delay cannot be better accommodated. It is expected to have children in the party room for 30 minutes with little consideration for transition time in getting children out of the playroom and seated in the party room. We wanted our children to wash their hands before coming in to eat and ended up with even less time. I would have appreciated a little grace and expected at least some flexibility, as this is a center for children and things do happen. As a business owner myself I pride myself on Customer Service and making sure each patron feels valued because I do genuinely appreciate their choice to spend their time and money on the services I offer. I feel this strict timeline is made to accommodate a higher volume of parties rather than an outstanding experience...
Read moreMy grandbabies recently visited WRTS for a birthday party 1pm til 3pm. The gym is amazing... plenty of activities for children to do.... while waiting to be seated in the party room I observed that the staff puts everything thing back in place with no spaying of any type of sanitizer. I understand that the gym is cleaned once a day. Having back to back parties and on general operation days.... sanitizing once a day is definitely not enough!!! Around 2 40 pm the owner came in the party and told the client that she needed to end the party and proceeded to gather her gifts to take them to the front.... The client had more than enough help that would have done that. The owner was very rude and seemed to be mad about something. I know business have to try to keep appointments on time but there should be at least a 15 min window between the next party. The had 15 more minutes. We could have cleaned up and been out in 5 mins. Ppl spend lots of money there.... customer service should be at the top of the list... Every parent that was there insisted that they would never have a bday party there.... The kids loved the gym...but the customer service on...
Read moreIâve been a big fan, but I just felt disconnectedâif not disgustedâby how the management tried to cram as many kids into the building while there was a party going on. They also didnât provide notice that a private party was happening alongside open play, which is a huge mistake. Many parents walked in, only to turn around and leave seconds later. What a waste of time. Management happily took my wifeâs money, knowing there was no room in the building, and smiled. Itâs disheartening to see so many people get scammed out of their money, especially since most of them travel far and have kids. Then to tell your kids, 'Letâs go,' because there are too many people, only to walk back out, is impossible and heartbreaking for them. Theyâre left feeling disappointed, and it's hard to convince them to try again another time." Post...
