Mix and match any two cookies or brownies with a heaping scoop of any ice cream. You can get it hot pressed as well to bring your cookie a crispy edgy and make the toppings goey again. For extra you can have it rolled in a topping of choice.

The cookies are delicious. A good selection of unique and average. They are all the chewy, slightly unbaked style. Id prefer they were just a bit crisper so they soften with the ice cream. As is they are a bit too soft once they sit with your ice cream for any length of time.

The ice cream quality was great and they had a good selection of flavors, especially if they were to be eaten alone. Id prefer more flavors without mix ins. They have a vanilla & chocolate, but a coffee or strawberry would be great. Then Id actually want to roll the sides.

Be prepared for a lot of flavor and a sugar overload. Great size for sharing and I preferred mine deconstructed so I could enjoy each part on its own.

I loved the Nutella cookie, brownie, and white chocolate macadamia. I found the yellow cake cookie tasted like birthday cake batter, which makes sense, though I was hoping for more of a plain or shortbread cookie.

They had a almond equivalent of butter pecan that was really good and not too loud. The mud pie was a great coffee with brownie & cookie but all the mix-ins drowned out the cookie.

After tax and such it is about 9 for a cookie sandwich and about 10 for a brownie sandwich. Plus...

I didn’t want to do this because this is one of my favorite places to go for ice cream in Nashville but I can’t let this slide. On Wednesday Dec 6th 2023 my sister and I both ordered the ice cream sandwiches. This was her second time and my fourth time. I loved it so much I introduced it to her. She also loved it. But on that night we were extremely disappointed. The ice cream sandwich was in a bowl so it wouldn’t melt all over the place which is fine. While my sister was almost finished with hers she felt something in her mouth that wasn’t ice cream or cookies. We both had the Gooey Butter Cake Cookie. One of our favorites. She was chewing on this foreign object thinking that it’s just the gooey part of the cookie. Almost swallowed it but choked on it and had to reach her hand down her throat to get it. It was a glove! A piece of glove from a finger tip cut off was in her ice cream. We went back up there to report it that same night. The manager told us that it happened because they were short staffed. There was only one person working and there was a lot of DoorDash orders coming in so he was rushing. He was also crying because he didn’t want to lose his job and asked can he remake another one for us. What if a child was eating that and swallowed that glove! This is unacceptable. This is disgusting. We are not sure if we will ever be back. This could’ve taken...

I’m a huge fan of Baked Bear and make it a point to stop at a location anytime I’m in a city that has one. I travel frequently for work and have visited Baked Bear locations all across the country but this Nashville spot is by far the worst one I’ve been to.

I’ve now given this location two chances in the last three months, and both times were frustratingly disappointing. The first visit, I came in specifically for a snickerdoodle and Nutella cookie ice cream sandwich, only to be told they were out of Nutella. I settled for just the cookie and ice cream.

Fast forward three months, I stop in again and the same issue. Still no Nutella. What really pushed me over the edge this time? As I was checking out, I noticed stacks of Nutella boxes sitting on a shelf in the back. So either they don’t want to use it, or they just don’t care. Either way, it’s ridiculous to be out of a popular topping for months, especially when it’s clearly in the store.

To top it off, I had called ahead to check on holiday hours and was met with a halfway answer and a rude attitude. Not exactly the customer service you expect from a brand like Baked Bear.

This location clearly doesn’t live up to the standard I’ve come to expect. I won’t be returning and will definitely discourage others from stopping here. There are too many great Baked Bear locations out there to waste your time...

This place makes obnoxiously huge ice cream sandwiches and Im here for it! You can mix and match your cookies and ice cream to appease your palette however you see fit. I went with the gooey butter cake and nuttella chocolate chunk cookie with the butter brickle cake ice cream and it was heaven! I got mine heated up put honestly think I could have done without it because it just made my gooey cookie stick to everything while simultaneously falling apart. It also made the ice cream runny. It was still delicious though. I tried to eat the whole thing but ended up tapping out about 2/3rds of the way through. My partner had the cookie monster ice cream with the cookie monster cookie and cookie of the month ( some sort of peppermint n chocolate chip cookie) it was also good but I liked mine better.
