Nashville Souvenirs — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

On March 13, 2025 I bought $110.00 in t-shirts for the children in my family who were visiting from out of state for a family event. While shopping, I spoke with a male and female employee. I stated that I needed to buy extra shirts since I didn't know all of the sizes needed. I was assured that I could return the extra unworn shirts with a receipt. I told the employees that I'm a downtown employee and would return within a few weeks to return the t-shirts. Today, March 24, I went to the store to return 4 shirts. I was told by a different female employee that she could only offer an exchange. I stated what I had been told about the return and stated that I specifically asked about returning the extra shirts. She again stated that she could only exchange the shirts and that she didn't know who I talked to. I immediately said a male and a female. Her response was "I know who you are talking about." I reluctantly exchanged two shirts, and kept two. As I was leaving, I told the male employee that they need to talk to their employees. He responded with, "she is on the phone now." I immediately told my downtown employee friends what happened, who will not shop in this store. The female employee should have made this situation right and returned the items. Have a problem. Got home and went to put the shirt away and found a massive hole in the back. Would like to speak to you about it rather than give a bad review but the phone number isn't on the receipt and it's not on Google. So currently I'm stuck with the problem. Hopefully the company will reply on here with a way to contact them and a solution so we can solve the problem and I can change or delete my review but if this is still up then it hasn't been solved and I would be cautious of buying here. This souvenir shop was hands down one of the best stops during my visit to Nashville! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—Southern hospitality at its finest.
