Unforgettable Experience at RNR

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a customer appreciation event at RNR in Nashville, and I am absolutely blown away by the impeccable experience they provided. From the moment I stepped through the doors to the moment I left, every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed, showcasing RNR's commitment to delivering excellence in customer service, event planning, facility layout, and culinary delight.

Customer Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) RNR's customer service truly sets a gold standard in the industry. Liz and her team ensured all aspects of our concerns were addressed. There were no hiccups!

From the seamless registration process, ideas to register, concepts to quickly check people in, to the thoughtfully curated theme décor, it was clear that RNR had invested time and effort to create a memorable experience based on our budget and vision. The event flowed seamlessly, with a carefully crafted schedule that struck the perfect balance between engaging activities and networking opportunities.

Facility Layout: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) RNR's facility layout maximized both comfort and aesthetics - we had the entire floor and still could here the great LIVE music. The event space was designed to accommodate mingling, interactive sessions, and more intimate conversations, all while maintaining a consistent theme that added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. The attention to creating an environment that facilitated connection and exploration showcased their understanding of spatial dynamics. Bar staff was great in providing attention to every corner of the floor.

I enjoyed the music here but the staff was horrible. We went here for my friends bachelorette party and had to leave because a friend had an issue with a bouncer. The bouncer told him it was time to go, that was fine, we apologized and started to leave. On our way down from the top floor I was trying to create space between the bouncer, who was still actively trying to fight our friend even though we were leaving. I was holding on to the railings so the bouncer couldn't go past me to hit my friend and he kept trying to push me out of his way. My friend told him not to push me again, and the bouncer pushed me again so an altercation began. Me and the rest of the girls tried to break it up but the bouncer would not ease up and he hit us in the process. He punched me in the face, gave my friend, the bride, a black eye and just was being really aggressive. When we finally pulled the bouncer aside I explained to him that we were already leaving and that we were in the army we didn't want any issues, he just said he didn't care and continued to be very aggressive. Then he kept trying to throw me down the stairs even though I was already walking down, I wouldn't let him throw me so his buddy, another bouncer, came and picked me up to throw me out. The bouncer that began the altercation then took off his work shirt and came outside to try to fight my friend. We got away the second time. Once I was outside I realized they tore my necklace off so I calmly went back to try to get my necklace and they all just took turns screaming in my face. This bar is either poorly ran, or they hire whatever thugs they can get for the kicks of it. Shouldn't bring...

Y'all.... If you're looking for a place to host an event in Nashville this is the place. The sales staff (Liz) was top notch getting things secured - with one complaint that I was not made aware of our miss for meeting the minimum until kind of last minute which forced me to make hasty decisions to deplete the funding.

Regardless of that, which can easily be corrected in the future, this location provided an awesome night of experiences and immersion into the US culture for our global team. We had a killer band who was very interactive and accommodating. We were able to secure a signature drink - which was a HUGE hit.

In addition to our event night, we also jumped in there on two other nights. Similar to other Nashville bars, this bar has several levels. It's fun no matter what level you choose. Downstairs is a little crowded - but that's where the main fun is. I cannot say enough good things about the service for our event and the venue itself. So much fun.

I wasn't a huge fan of the BBQ meat. I hope that maybe we got them on an off night. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't up to the level of awesome the rest of the night was. Overall, I would highly recommend hosting...

We did not eat here, but others seemed to enjoy their food and it looked pretty good. The bartender was great. Now, this has a great back home, around the corner, kind of feeling. A more intimate feel compared to some of the other big-name entertainer multi-storied bars along Broadway. And the Music? We were in Nashville for 2 weeks. We went inside because we heard their great music from the sidewalk. We did a lot of dancing. We learned the nights this "Mike Ponder Band" would be playing the following week and we made our second visit accordingly. This Mike Ponder Band is quite the group with great talent on guitars and drums. Extensive book of songs, and Very entertaining. We will call "Redneck Riviera" our home base in Nashville!

This place was fun. I enjoyed the drinks, the bar staff and the music. The food, not so much. I had pulled pork meal. Being from NC I should have known better as I'm extra picky on that. My friend had the Mac and cheese and pork tray and it wasn't even close to being better. It tasted dry and and the Mac and cheese seemed to be Kraft. This is definitely better food to put on a drunk stomach. So I suggest food elsewhere and come here to party. We all did LOVE the bathrooms. Clean, quirky and roomy. We actually came back here later in our trip and spent time on the rooftop bar. It was wonderful. They have a great little rooftop.
