I had just recently got my nails done here, very pleasant staff but not great job done. after TWO days, my nails we’re already lifting and coming off. i get my nails done often to know this shouldn’t happen that soon. they were extremely thick, uneven length, one of them was crooked, they were bumpy and uneven on top, it was a mess!! i went to a different nail place 2 days later and they had to basically redo my whole nails!! two days and around $150 dollars spent because they were not correct the first time. it was $75 for a full set here and most definitely not worth it WHAT SO EVER!!! on top of that my appointment was at 2:00pm and i didnt leave till about 4:30, granted she was very nice and talkative. I went there less than a week ago to get my nails done by Erica. What a mess and with a tip it cost me seventy five dollars. I tried to put up with them but they were so poorly done. I had sores on The top of my nails where she brushed them. The gel was uneven and she left hunks of gel under my nails that I had to dig out. I went to another nail salon to have them fixed. I am new to the area and B. Beautiful was recommended to me by a friend. The staff connected me to Erica for my curly hair. I'd had my hair cut by the same person for all my life and have struggled to find a good person/cosmetologist since her retirement.

Going to Erica for just a trim/cleanup, more volume with my natural hair habits in mind- nothing crazy- was comfortable, straightforward and I'm looking forward to returning for a step forward and trying something new.
