The wait here is always absorb. Not 1 single person in line inside and I stood at the register being ignored for 7 minutes. Ordered my food from a manager that looked like she had just hit a crack pipe or snorted a line of meth in the back. Waited 27 minutes to get my food. The same manager boxed my food with out gloves. 4 elderly people came in together 3 minutes after I finanally ordered. After I got my good they were still waiting to give their order. The entire time the lady running the fast food line was completely rude to 3 different cars and sounded like ahe smoked her 100th cigerate for the day 5 minutes ago. The drink machine was almost out of syrup for the Mountain Dew, Pepsi, and one other unremembered flavor that my son tried. The sad part is, this was the 4th time I've been to this place, all other times just through the drive through, and waited nearly as long each time. One particular time the big guy running the window was rude and very brisk. Didn't offer any sauce and rolled his eyes when I asked for some. Read moreStopped today for lunch. I went in to order because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Upon entering I hear a woman employee being very sharp with a customer at the drive thru window. She was telling the customer she must drive back through because they cant take orders at the window. Then begins making fun of the customer to the other employees with at least 8 customers in the lobby hearing all of this!! The employees were all at their stations making orders while this woman at the window continues making rude comments about the woman and then she was on her cell phone texting while someone waited window. Then she started yelling about how someone must've put a sign out there to talk quiet because she cant hear anyone! Ok clearly the customers aren't the problem if you cant hear any of the customers! Maybe stop mocking them and see what the problem is!!! Very unprofessional. The original customer said shes calling the GM/DM i hope she did because this behavior is ridiculous coming...
Read moreI like the new Cantina menu at Taco Bell. I visited this location twice within a week as we were staying in a hotel next door. They were friendly, the place was clean and the location was easy. The thing is... I ordered two Chicken Cantina tacos both without tomatoes or the Pico. Not difficult, or so you would think. I was given two Cantina tacos. Both had the Cantina sauce, one with beef on it and one Chicken with tomatoes/ pico. Both were wrong but in different ways. This is very frustrating. The Taco Bell in my hometown also struggles with the "no tomatoes" or pico orders. We always say "We order what we want, they give us what they want us to have." If I didn't love the Cantina sauce it would just be easy to not go. Lol Anyway, 3 stars If you go I recommend the Cantina items, good luck with getting...
