Ever since I came to Newyork and I heard about the Preloved industry.
I have never heard about it before and when I saw everyone’s talking about it I thought to go to the top trending ones and see whether it’s worth the hype or not 👗🧳💼
So this is definitely a luxury Preloved store it’s not thrift it’s not consignment it’s not low quality products.
I was surprised to see a lot of items that were fairly new never worn weather from Apparal or from bags 👍🏻👍🏻
Not only you can find a good condition merchandise but also literally a brand new one 👌🏻👍🏻
Yes some bags are not new but they are very unique vintage pieces that really has thrown my attention
The store is very spacious well organized and definitely has a wide wide selections to choose from.
The best thing in the store that it is well packed and well organized there is no way you feel the hassle while shopping as you feel it at TJ Maxx. this is really well organized
The store is very clean very neat the staff are so professional so informative and they provide you with the right way to navigate products whether an online or the mechanism to sell and buy merchandise at the store because it has specific timing and also there is a specific way to do it and there is a timeline for selling your own product.
Can’t emphasize how thankful i am to the lady at this store. She was very informative telling me about the entire experience of pre-loved store wether to purchase or sell product. I explained it was my first time visiting the store and I don’t know what services they provide beside selling item and she did explain everything 👌🏻👌🏻
I love there was a Security gentleman over there so if you have a very high and item your wedding or you are you are attending to self don’t worry you’ll be safe so I believe New York is very safe till now 😄 and hope always 👍🏻👍🏻
I recommend you go and get the experience it’s very fun it’s even more fun when you socialize with people over there it’s just give you another perspective of life and consumerism it is New York an experience I...
Read moreThere is no a 0 star review but that’s the lowest it could get. The manager in this store mistreats his customer. Run if you don’t want to be mistreated! I went in the store, picked up 5 clothes ( I know it because he asked me to count before going in). After I tried the clothes and I went out to put the closes that I didn’t want away, while my stuff were still in there. He went straight in to check, saying I left a security sensor in it, without even showing what he found to me, and asked me directly for a bag check. I did it with the guard, the guard said I’m all set I didn’t steal, and he came straight to me to ask me to leave the store. I was so angry that I went back to ask him if you found a security sensor dropped on the floor, show it to me. He said it’s been tossed into the trash it was not there anymore. He showed no proof of even suspecting me stealing anything. I remember checking my bag and the floor I saw no security sensor as well. After this, he said I’ll call the police and have the guard to get you out. I called the police my self right after, and I said to the police all I wanted is an apology, and even after such mistreat and nonsense blame he did not even apologize, but instead rushed straight out to the store saying he’s off hours. Be aware, there are thousands of vintage stores in NYC, stay away if you don’t want to...
Read moreI even wonder why this store can still continue to exist: a) items appear of a low quality and overpriced, saw worn pullovers with holes, tacky items presented as high labels; b) after I was offered for 2 cashmere new items from the 5th ave, each 95 cents I felt insulted as never in any store before; c) they insist on scanning your official ID if you bring anything for selling and you have to wait a half of day minimum for their ridiculous pricing, so if you are scammed somewhere else, this can be the source; d) the store is big but the arrangements look like in an Aldi store. This was my 2nd visit to this store and only because was raining so heavily I entered it. Nothing changed since my 1st visit. Conclusion: For selling any quality items for few cents it is better to look for other places or Internet or simply donate them. If your interest are top labels it is better to go to reputable places because you can finish with overpriced and not necessarily genuine items which you cannot return or claim a refund. Hardly exist in the prime Manhattan area a store with such a low rating as it is this one. Come and see and most probably you will...
