Worst 7-Eleven order I ever got, hands down. I ordered seven items for delivery including a drink, two Slurpees, two hotdogs, one roller and a bag of Bugles. What I received was a straight-up mess. I live on Broadway and not that far from Amsterdam Avenue where the store is located (approximately 30 blocks!). Let’s start with the fountain drink: watered down garbage. I picked Fruit Punch, but what I got didn’t even hit the fill line on the large cup, looked like dirty water, definitely not the right color and totally watered down. Straight-up undrinkable. Now get this, TWO items were completely wrong! Instead of a Cherry Slurpee, they threw in a frozen Piña Colada one (which I didn’t ask for and can’t stand). That flavor’s nasty to me, cannot even get near pineapple, period. And the Buffalo Roller I paid for? Nowhere to be found. Instead, they shoved in an extra hotdog like I wouldn’t notice. Speaking of hot dogs, I ordered two (and magically got three!) and both came looking half-assed: the buns were sealed in plastic like they gave up halfway through, and the beef? Lukewarm at best, and one of them was a soggy mess ’cause the wrapper was soaked in condensation from the drinks. Disgusting! I couldn’t even eat one hotdog. Everything was tossed in one single bag like they were cleaning out a drawer. No care, no separation, cold and hot items together, no cup holders, just chaos in a sack. The delivery guy probably didn’t help. Everything smashed together and partially soaking wet by the time it got to me. This ain’t even about the missing item, the bad flavors, the complete absence of any sort of care, the zero additional ingredients hotdogs came with (only the bun and the hotdog, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions, no radish, no nothing! Even though this could be the store policy it felt like something out of a vending machine!), it’s the fact that whoever packed this order clearly didn’t give a single damn. Total lack of attention. Just disrespectful to the customer. Terrible experience....
Read moreEarlier today I had an absolutely horrifying experience at this 7/11 location that I immediately reported to 7/11 corporate headquarters but must share here as well.
At about 9:50am, I approached the cash register only to find the manager yelling at a man in the store. The man was using the microwave but was, allegedly, not a paying customer. Seems like it would be a minor dispute in a professional environment but it was not - the manager (George) was literally screaming at the man as the only other employee scrambled sheepishly to address the actual paying customers.
The man at the microwave said that he comes to the 7/11 every day and witnesses many individuals use the microwave but noticed that “George” only scrutinized the African American customers. George then screamed “It’s always that with you people!” and then glared at me directly in my eyes. I was a totally unrelated party in the store, processing a payment and purchasing a snack with my 5 year old son. I stopped dead in my tracks and was immediately hurt and felt attacked. I simply responded “That was a completely irresponsible comment” and George said “Then get out! You are all the same!”.
I exited the store and immediately researched how to escalate a complaint regarding this location.
I would strongly encourage POC customers and, specifically African American customers, to be cautious when patronizing this location. There is clearly a managerial disposition at this location that suggests bias regarding African American customers. It was unfortunate that the sentiments were shared during a conflict, but of course this begs the question of why a violently out of control argument was present to begin with given the presence of a manager who, presumably, can control the situation?
Super disappointing situation, only made more heartbreaking by my 5 year old who looked up at me upon exiting and asked “Mommy, what...

June 8th, 2025:
The manager charged me for a taco instead of a 24 ounce coffee drink. I’m supposed to get a drink coupon (five drink coupons in total) towards a free drink. He purposely did not want me to earn my free drink. I am not happy. I have already reported to 7-Eleven’s customer service.
Pay attention to what this low-life charges you at the cashier. He is not to be trusted!
Interesting Customer Service
I came into buy an iced coffee. I see one of the guys watching me from the end of the counter. After I purchase the iced coffee, the same guy goes near the exit door to watch me. Not much has changed from a year ago. The area where the Slurpee and iced coffee was completely a flooded area. It had cardboard on the floor. It was soaked. Unbelievable. My only incentive for coming here was the cheap price of the iced coffee. This is an update on this atrocious 7-Eleven.

I went to get myself an extra large coffee. As I waited for the machine to pump out coffee, I ate my chocolate custard donut from Krispy Kreme. I paid for my drink. As I was leaving, the manager yelled at me. He asked me if I took a donut. I told him it was from Krispy Kreme. Rude, nasty, and with a lot of conviction. I’m looking for another place where I can get my coffee without being accused of stealing a donut. This place is god awful pitiful.

I walked in to get a cup of coffee and a six pack of beer. I asked the cashier for a straw. He was very dismissive of me and shooed me away. He never gave me a straw. Don’t waste your time @ this 7-Eleven. Tell your friends...
