UPDATE: 3/5 stars after my last visit service was confusing, paid $170 for mani, pedi and the gel pedicure I got chipped within a day.
I had a 5:30 appointment scheduled for gel pedicure and Japanese gel manicure. When I arrived, I was still told to wait 10 minutes since they were backed up
After starting the pedicure, my nail tech plucked too close and broke the skin, which led it to sting the rest of the treatment
When the pedicure was done, all the tables were filled, so my nail tech had no other option but to start on my manicure while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair.
Because there was no table, when removing the old gel, nail dust got all over my clothes everywhere and I definitely inhaled some of it.
It felt awkward for the nail tech to attempt nail prep without the proper table set up. As someone with an appointment this did not feel right. It was the first time since coming here regularly for 6 months that I did not really feel cared for
(And when a table did eventually free up, it was confusing that without any explanation a different nail tech sat down to complete my gel manicure.)
In the end, after having to tip out 2 different people - I spent just over $170. I feel the service I got did not match the price I paid, especially with the pedicure chipping within a day.
I hope the next time if I'm back the service is better!

always come here to get my gel manicure + pedicure! Bella is amazing and my favorite -- she pays attention to detail and the nail art always looks great! My nails always last 2 weeks and are still healthy too which is much appreciated.
Sophie does an amazing job with nail art! Any style you want she can do. She did my fish nails and coffee nails.
Mia is great also, she did an amazing job with my chrome nails!
The space itself is clean and a relaxing environment. The pedicure also comes with a complimentary 5 min massage, which is a nice bonus :)

Read moreI really enjoyed my experience until the very end. I recently came to the city for school and was really excited that a well rated nail place was by me. I'm from a different big city, and have lived in other big cities so the price was among the same level as some of those other places. However, it was still very expensive. While getting my manicure and pedicure done, the people working were going very slowly, like more slowly than normal, which at first I dismissed as them wanting to do a quality job, but they were quite literally painting one nail at a time, which I have never experienced before. I'm not new to people taking a while, even hours to do my nails, but it took three hours for a gel manicure and pedicure with simple designs. Even when telling the tech that I had to go soon, she was unfazed and simply ignored it. I was overall happy until I was checking out, had payed, and the receptionist was trying to convince me to tip more on an already expensive trip. I understand getting your nails done is a luxury and costly, however, I have never experienced anyone telling me I should tip their workers more, especially on a bill that high. She expected me to tip 20% which would have been $60 and quite a large tip for an already luxury service. Overall quite ridiculous especially when I was planning to go again until that...
Read moreI was really disappointed with my first experience at QQ Nails. I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to use a gift certificate. I checked in on time and waited in the waiting area. About 20 min in, the receptionist asked me my name and checked my reservation. After 45 minutes, I went back up to her and reminded her I had an appointment nearly an hour ago. She sat me in a chair where I waited another 15 minutes. She then began my treatment, only offering the upgraded pedicure options, not the basic one. Confused, I chose the cheapest option (which was still an upgrade). Then another lady came over to complete my services. She was kind and in a good mood, which is why I gave two stars. She gave a great foot massage and back massage, which I appreciated. However, when I got home, I realized she had burned my heel skin with some piping hot gel she applied (part of the upgraded service) AND cut another part of my heel with the grater type callus remover. Very painful for three days after! On top of all of this, my manicure started chipping immediately and the pedicure didn’t last much longer. Once I took off the nail polish, my nails were splitting like crazy. Overall just a terrible experience. Never going back.
