I think this location is now under a new management because I didn't see them selling electronics or cameras. As of Fri, Jul 5, 2024, they're selling I love NY merch.

I was looking for an NY water bottle and then ended up purchasing some cool stickers and some magnetic bookmarks. The bookmarks are also amazing as they come with a little NYC fact in the back. I also noticed that they had some unique flashy keychains with names.

Please be mindful that you're gonna have to pay extra taxes if you're using a card to purchase. And yes, the prices do seem high because it's still an NYC souvenir shop, so please make sure to ask questions about the prices.

The staff working when I visited the store were Latino and very friendly and kind. They don't follow you throughout the store. One of them walked up to me and said hi and offered me a basket to use for my items and said, "Take your time." SCAM Alert!!!!! My wife went in to buy one jumper and two very small snow globes, they put on extra charges at till more than what it should have been. How can these items cost USD70 + the snow globes were 6.99 each.

Another shopper in before us was also told a suitcase was USD90 and ended up paying over USD200.

They'll charge the wrong amount and then state no refunds and still try to sell you more.

Should have checked reviews before going here, only reason I did was to store luggage...

They are thieves and crooks.. all the employees are in on it. Please be aware. They over charged me almost $100 and didn’t realize until I left the store. They purposely didn’t give a receipt. So when I got back in I confronted the cashier, he said he had no clue what I was talking about and that I could come back Next week to have cameras reviewed.
