Terrible experience except for the security and one store associate (black male but donāt remember if we got his name). A female employee walked around ON HER PHONE (via AirPods) and ignored us as we tried getting her attention. The one helpful associate did go above and beyond for us, finding what we needed and made us feel welcomed. Another employee was asked to check us out and he told us to hold onā¦. He placed his FaceTime call down and we had to listen to the loud shenanigans going on in the background of the call as he checked us out, then proceeded with his call. It was seriously unbelievable.
