Great experience. Simple work. People complain about jobs way too much. If you have the experience and education then stop complaining and find a “better” job. Good luck because no other company is going to give you what Amazon does unless you have the skills and education to back it up. yes, it’s long hours on your feet, but the pay is pretty decent. You get education vouchers up front not a reimbursement voucher which other companies offer. You get a decent raise according to the cost of living! There are fun activities, give aways, and plenty of PTO. Amazon gives you the same break time any other company offers according to your full time or part time status as well as the state’s requirement. If you work full time then you work four 10 hour shifts with two breaks depending on your site. Then you get 3 days off! People just complain too much and don’t want to work. They want easy work and everything handed to them on a silver spoon. So if you’re lazy then this job isn’t for you and i suggest getting your resume together and looking for something else. I have met so many people who used to work for Amazon and now they want to come back. I’ve had great managers and have worked in 3 different locations. Never ever had a racist manager and Russel is NOT racist. He is just more serious at times but definitely not racist at all. My advice is if you want a job that offers more than minimum wage then this is the job for you. If not, go work at McDonals or Burger King. There’s nothing wrong with working there. But you’re not going to get the same benefits....

I have tried to go through customer service 2 xs now and tried to call Amazon Corporate but there is a message that they have nothing to do with Amazon and to call a different number. There is no other number. I am totally frustrated with them and I am ready to cancel my Amazon Prime. Talk about bad customer service both the regular one and the corporate one, shame on you Amazon, your not customer friendly at all!! Only reason I gave them one star is so I could post...
