I would like to share with you my experience towards the store that just opened in Brooklyn at the following address: 850 3 ed Ave Brooklyn . I was very happy when it opened in Brooklyn because I do renovations and buy everything for this in this store. Living in Brooklyn, I don’t really want to go to Long Island and New Jersey. So, having bought a floorboard in Long Island once again, which was one of the most expensive, in a large quantity, they explained to me in the store that I needed to take an extra 10% just in case, which I did. After the floor was done, I had to return this 10% because I didn’t need it. My husband and I loaded them into the car and arrived at the store in Brooklyn, happily realizing that it was the same company and that we didn’t have to go so far again. That’s where it all started, they told me that they couldn’t accept it for some unknown reason, I invited the supervisor to explain it to me. A woman named Daisy came and showed us all her upbringing and intelligence. I am honestly surprised how it is possible to appoint such a boor to this position, since this should be a person who knows how to communicate and work with clients, as I understand it (unless of course the company is not all right and they want to succeed in business. This was just complete disrespect for the client who spent a lot of money in this company. She did not even deign to read all the terms of return of goods on the receipt ( what is super unprofessional) and read together with me after the question to show me at least one violation of the rules, but there was none and it was just her whim or antipathy to me because of Rassa, probably I have never seen such a disrespect, she simply stated that she is a manager and can do whatever she wants. , turned her back to me and left in mid-sentence, waving her hand at me. I have only one question ????????? for the owners of this company, what is wrong with you that you hire such boors and unprofessionals for management positions and advise everyone else, if you need thrills and to have your day ruined, go to this store and talk...

I wanted a blue vanity, finally I found the perfect vanity it checked all the boxes( I didn’t mention couldn’t be more than 20 inch wide). We watched it for several months, the last time I look at there website the vanity I wanted was on sale and being discontinued. I called to order immediately but it wasn’t available at the NY store but they would ship from NJ to the NY store for 200.00 Great. When we got it home again I panicked the quartz countertop was chipped on the two front corners,?after speaking with NJ store that was the last one available, calls back and forth until customer service open a case for and referred the issue to Wendy, manager of shipping solutions. She contacted me a couple days later with 3 options return for complete refund, keep for a discounted price or they would contact vendor to replace, well that option would be 3-6 months.! I decided to keep and I was credited the sale price but not the shipping. Fortunately the chips could be repaired which I did. Customer service representatives and Wendy were wonderful, I was disappointed it couldn’t be replaced but as I said Wendy and all representatives did every possible to satisfy me.
