Bought my dress uniform here as well as cargo pants and long sleeve shirts. The quality of the material for the dress uniform was much better than my coworkers and it was tailored to fit me well, I didn't look like a square with legs like many do with the complete off the rack uniforms. The long sleeve shirts are lined with a nice satin like material in the shoulders and the material is thick, heavy and resists wrinkling well. Their cargo pants were also heavy duty. I also purchased the reefer coat from them and it's a very warm, quality made coat. I'd actually considering buying a pea coat from them in black without all the regulation patches and buttons, it's that warm and nice. Overall, I had nothing but good experiences with them. I'm now in a unit where our uniform appearance is paramount and I won't trust anyone else besides parks for my uniform items. With that being said, there are other places where you can get less expensive stuff, but the quality is reflected in that price. As for the leather gear, etc, they are a re-seller for various companies so the quality isn't on them and many of those things are likely available for less money elsewhere, but when it comes to things that parks makes, they...

Disappointed!!! Let me explain. I have been OTJ for over ten years and have always considered Parks uniforms a favorite. That is, until today.

The store states that it closes as 1300 hours. I walked in at 1235 hours explaining that I need to buy uniform shirts and that I'm looking to spend around 300 to 500 dollars.

Their reply was "you're cutting it close" and "I don't think we can help you because we are closing soon".

Oh I'm sorry? You don't like money or my business? I'm pretty sure there is some type of business law this conflicts with being that I'm a paying customer, at the establishment during hours of operation, and I'm being told that I can't be accomdated.

A lot of people that come to this business for equipment and clothes work difficult hours. So when we get the chance to come in, during hours of operation, I think it is highly unprofessional to turn a paying customer away. Very disappointed and I'll be buying my uniforms elsewhere from now on. I recommend you all...

Called today to ask for measurements. Was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then the female who picked up the phone gave me a big attitude, without letting me speak. She even used phrases such as “I don’t care!” in a very condescending tone. This is absolutely unacceptable and not an appropriate manner to treat customers! I contributed to the business of this establishment before as I purchased things from this store in the past, however, after my encounter with this nasty individual, I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this order is complete! This lady needs to understand that customers are the reason why they are in business to begin with and she doesn’t even know whom she is speaking with! I am extremely frustrated with her and if their business starts decreasing, they should know who to blame! If she worked for me - I would have definitely...
