Read moreExcellent sales people terrible customer service. I purchased a limited edition fountain pen for my husband and he wanted to get a nib change. The manager told us that she will expedite the process and it will be processes within 2-3 weeks. However we did not hear back from them for a month and called them several times and visited the store in person two times as well. Every time they did not know what was going on and promised to get back to us once they figure it out. We never got the call back for any of the calls or visits we made. One staff was particularly rude to us as well.
They are only interested selling you their stuff. But if you want a nib change or initial monogram, they will never update you or give a call back and monogram machine is always broken. I am really annoyed because I usually have better experience in boutiques compared to third party sellers. For a such a high end brand, the customer service was far below expectation and Montblanc does not seem to care because people will still buy their stuff. I had purchased a limited edition Meisterstuck from them for a pretty penny. This was my FIRST EVER Montblanc, but it had some damage.
The actual display case came cracked and there were unusual signs of wear and tear. I figured that because I had the official Montblanc warranty stamp that they'd do something about it.
Unfortunately because I only purchased my pen from a "lowly" authorized reseller who doesn't seem to be able to help me, Montblanc's customer support refuses to do anything.
They're simply passing the blame onto the authorized reseller.
This is easily some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will NOT be buying another Montblanc.
