Empire Luggage — Local services in New York

I visited this place with high hopes based on the existing reviews. And I am so happy I came to this shop to get a bag. I was looking for an American Tourister luggage bag and Sosa (in the picture) was super helpful. He was also kind and patient while I called my dad to get his opinion.

Compared to Target, you can shop in person here. Target does not have stores with in-store purchases of American Tourister for the SoHo and Tribeca neighborhood.

If I would buy any bag or trolly in NYC, it would be from Empire Luggage. Great selection and Sosa is a great person...

I have been frequenting this store since it began operation more than a decade ago. The reason why I kept going back - besides the friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selections, and good discounts on off-season and closed-out items - is the warm customer service experience that you only get from mom-and-pop stores such as this one.

This store has so many choices of Fjallraven backpack and I am a huge fan of Fjallraven backpack! I went here last week to pick a new backpack for my next academic year, and I just couldn't make a decision until I picked my most favorite pink one between two of my favorite ones for one hour! Finally I got a pink backpack for me and a blue one for my boyfriend.
