I am an individual urgently seeking to understand and learn more about existence, and what I’ve recently come to understand is that self discovery is the foundation of this. - Brain and body yoga tai chi is not about appearances and simply getting in shape, we are learning about our own inner confidence. Master Geum said to me, “There are 24 hours in a day; how much time do you actually spend for yourself”? It hit me deeply, that I do not spend near enough time focusing on myself : ) It is clear that all members in the class care about the people... The culture of the studio is a proponent of acceptance; acceptance for both ourselves and for one another. I highly recommend the vibrational class, you can feel the strength of your energy levels being enhanced greatly - In fact there’s a bit of an underlying emphasis on energy with everything they do.
It has been two years since I have been coming to this practice. It has given me great changes to my physical appearance and my confidence in life. I have more of a purposeful drive : )
One of the great things is that the Center transitioned to offering Virtual Classes.... This is sooo convenient and organized through Zoom... Read moreI started at the center having experienced a TIA (small stroke) when I turned just 40. I didn't realize the affect of day to day stress on my body and brain and ignored the warning signs. The training and personal care I received from the instructors over the past 8 years has been my lifeline, they are like family to me and when I do not feel good it is the first place I go. I have fully recovered and incorporate the training easily into my daily life. I have more energy, better focus and concentration, I am so much more productive and creative at work and really enjoy my life. What is different about this practice is the focus on the brain, learning how the brain works, how it gets unbalanced, and what we can do to maximize our brain's functions to live a healthier and happier life. Read moreMy experience at Body and Brain has been truly rewarding and wonderful, from the moment i found Body and Brain on google i had a feeling Body and Brain would help me with my issues of insomnia, stress, asthma and many more health issues I had. For a very long time i was looking for a place to go where i can relieve stress and feel peace with myself as I was going through a lot of depression. The four weeks I have been here have been challenging and so rewarding for me, I am learning so much about how our mind body and energy work together and how we as individuals are responsible for our healing and i am so happy i found this place the instructors have been soo helpful and are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
