By far the worst store they have and it only recently opened! Staff are slow and lazy and if there is a barcode missing, you have to leave the till and find one rather then them checking. Complained to a supervisor "Mayna" who accused me of ripping it off for a cheaper price. She the walked away insulting my under her breath in Spanish! Spoke to the store manager to complain and also lack luster responses. You need to clear house and have new management brought in! Next time you want to insult someone, make sure they cant speak your language first!

Lines! Lines! Lines! Like the other reviews, the line is incredibly long. It's not even a weekend, and they can't keep up with the flow of customers. While on the line, they only had two registers open. The line went from the front of the store to all the way to the back. I'm not coming back. This store can't keep up with this mall. I feel sorry for anyone who shops here on the weekend or on a holiday. Also I'm paying for parking, the least they can do is offer to compensate for parking!

I got into the massive check-out line on a non-holiday Monday evening and waited half an hour, still VERY far away from the registers, before I had to leave. I didn’t have time to stay in line for another 30-60 minutes because I had a class to attend, so Burlington lost my business. I also don’t intend to go back because based on other reviews, this seems to be the norm. Hire more staff and do better! This is RIDICULOUS!

So I’m a Burlington fan and was excited to finally visit the store at the mall. Let me start out with the pros: they have a wide selection of stuff for the whole family, they have bathrooms (I didn’t use them but it’s nice to know incase I ever have to go) and the fitting room barley had a line.

The cons: I don’t know if they’re understaffed but there was a two hour wait for the line that stretched towards the back of the fitting room area, which was ridiculous. Today I was only buying a blanket and decided to wait due to the fact it was a character blanket I’ve been searching for since earlier this summer as a gift. The bright side was that the other customers were understanding. There weren’t any fights and we just stuck it out, which was cool.

But even the security guards were saying how they don’t have enough staff to balance out the influx of people from nearby neighborhoods trying to shop. The store was basically closed from inside the mall at this point and the line was still stretched towards the back when I glanced to view the line. Mind you, I came into this store around a little past 6:45pm. It was now around 9:15 and I finally made it to the cashiers.

I’m giving 2 stars because Burlington has to do better. It’s not the staffs fault but they need more support and it isn’t fair to them. I’ve worked retail before so I know how it feels to stay past the store closing time due to having 1-3 customers shopping in the store but this was just wild. I could only imagine how tough it was to close the store while still having a long line with only 3-4 cashiers. This is a problem I see in many of their stores. Don’t just promote that you are hiring, actually hire more people — especially if you’re opening up...

I was shopping, For an amazing shopping experience when I was asking for a bag that had those locks and asked an employee that told me and my son to ask the security and he told me to press the button to call services and waited for over 40+ minutes just to unlock the bag and still have to wait on the line, but while I was checking for some clothes my son was in the line holding the bag and a lady in front of us left the line with her SHOPPING CART and stepped out to check another part of the store when suddenly I saw the lady talking to my son complaining to him saying that she was in the line but no one was in her stop saving and saying I wasn’t in the line and started complaining to the security that we bothered her even tho she was the one who started to act up and said we were annoying while she was swearing to us In Spanish while the security took her side and told us not to skip that line that it was all the way at the end, she lied to the security guard to make us look that it was our fault even tho she was the one he made that problem escalate, but when we asked to see the security footage he completely ignored us and kept on repeating to “NOT SKIP THE LINE” like if he was at fault and didn’t want to prove it just by taking other...

My 83 y/o mom whom is still relatively independent, and a longstanding loyal customer for years went to the New Queen Center Mall location last night 9/23/25 and was on line to checkout approximately at 8pm. She was on line almost 2hours and she was operated on her knee and sometimes has difficulty standing. I understand that there is ADA compliance for people with wheelchairs and canes, but having a 2 hour line on a weekday is absurd. She asked amanager at the counter, she did not get persons name, but she was working on her paperwork and of Asian descent and my mother asked if a concession could be made for her to check out sooner and this employee told her" You should have thought of that before you came" is the most evil thing to say to an older adult that is struggling over a situation that was mismanaged by your employee team is cruel. She only had 4 items and was rejected. She finally left the store at 10:04pm. I demand you train your team in basic empathy of how to handle these situations ethically..I will also take this up with corporate andI will be returning this week to see if i find this employee's name to formally report her. Shameful...
