Casper - Downtown Brooklyn at City Point — Local services in New York

My husband and I have been exploring options to upgrade our mattress, and Casper has always been high on our list. When we discovered there was a store nearby, we decided to stop in--and we're so glad we did!

We were warmly welcomed and assisted by Christine Soto, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions with ease, and provided us with detailed information about each mattress. Her professionalism and genuine care made our visit both informative and enjoyable.

While we haven't made our final mattress purchase yet--planning to do so when we move into our new apartment this fall--we couldn't leave empty-handed. We picked up two cooling pillows and a weighted blanket, and we're already obsessed! My husband especially loved the weighted blanket--he said it knocked him right out and gave him the best sleep he's had in a while.

Unfortunately have to update this review. While we had a great in-store experience trying various items and receiving knowledgeable feedback, getting items shipped from an in-store order has been horrendous. I’ve had to chase at every single moment to get the pieces of our order delivered, and the most important part of our order (the mattress!) has yet to be shipped after placing the order in-store 10 days ago. The store had suggested items would ship faster shopping in-store rather than purchasing online, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Hopefully Casper can figure out how to better streamline in-store orders and online orders in the future — while it’s great to try things in store, it might be better to place your...

I bought a "bundle" online in a full size for my son. About a week later I have everything I need except for the FOUNDATION!! Now how am I supposed to set up a bed with no foundation. I call customer service, and they tell me the foundation won't ship until mid-october. Well, them if isn't really "bundle" then it's it? I called the Casper store in City Point...I spoke to Gregory and he was wonderful! He not only got me a foundation, he got it to me THE NEXT DAY!! He also took the trouble to call Casper's online customer service and cancel the foundation that wouldn't come until October. He even found me a bit more of a discount because I'm a nurse.
