I’m blown away by the consistent quality of Kotti. Every time I get a kebab, the meat is delicious and hot, seasoned perfectly with cumin, turmeric, and other tasty stuff.

The cold topping are consistently crispy and fresh. The picked onion and cabbage is just right, not too tart with just the right amount of acidity cutting through the richness of the chicken thighs, garlic sauce, and cheese.

The bread is on point, just the right amount of thin crisp crust topped with poppy and sesame. The inside remains fluffy and light, with big holes in the crump perfect for containing the juicy sauce and meat combo.

I don't recommend this place if you need to eat halal. They have a very misleading certificate that claims to be halal but they sell both halal and non-halal chicken. One of the staff was kind enough to tell us the truth that today's chicken is not halal (she's a real one!) But the establishment is unethical for having that sign up if their protein is not actually halal.

*update to owners response: its hard to trust a place that sells both halal and haram meat. How would employees efficiently track and differentiate halal from haram. I imagine mistakes not to be unheard of. Additionally, you sell alcohol which is clearly haram. How can anyone trust you to stick to halal standards when your selling haram items...
