SUSAN SCIBETTA WAS EASILY THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Anytime youâre met with the phrase âI canât help youâ multiple times, minutes into your introduction with an associate. That is an issue. I came in after being sent there by 57th Street for a specific hat I was in search of. When I was there I was met by a clueless sales associate with a severe lack of product knowledge, and or just a general unwillingness to be of assistance. Susan who behaved as if the product didnât exist because it wasnât on the shelf. Didnât even attempt to take a look at her online inventory or look for any other option to potentially remedy what I was in search of. She just kept saying âI cant help you sorryâ and after requesting the laborious task of having me go back to the 57th street store to have an exact SKU number written down to make her job easier I still wasnât treated any better, I was constantly left alone throughout my buying process and unlike everyone else I was forced to pay for my item before it was sent to be wrapped. NO ONE else in the faced such scrutiny during their purchase, we watched.
