BEAUTIFUL Theater! I've auditioned for many productions there in the past. I also worked there from 1991-1993 when I was taking two "gap years" in between graduating from High School --I attended Edward R. Murrow High School (from 1987-1991) which is located further out in Brooklyn in the Midwood neighborhood; and is known for its Theater, Arts & Music Programs & then officially beginning my Bachelor's Degree program (which I did at a private college up in Massachusetts) starting in the Fall of 1993.

Read moreThe space is very nice and has lots of potential. Sadly, the person in charge, Catalin is dreadful. He was unresponsive ahead of our load in, unprepared on the day, did not provide the people or equipment he committed to and disappeared regularly while we worked through the mess. After a bad first day of load in he promised labor to help get back on track the next day, but that did not happen. He was late for both shows and other people (not employees of the university) had to be begged to step in and run the shows because his people did not show up. All through this, Catalin was rude and unprofessional, and there was nobody else around to assist. I would strongly suggest going to other venues while the current management “operates”...
