Ok for what it is, I'm sure it's great. But it's very strange that nowhere on their main website page does it say this is hot yoga?!?! That should be made very clear at the top of the page. So I get there for an 8:30am class with Kirsten (I think that was her name) without eating anything or drinking much water beforehand, two things that are necessary for a comfortable seamless class. I was miserable, literally dying and felt like I was going to faint... All could have been avoided if they simply made it clear this is hot yoga. Unbelievable honestly.
Then during class, the teacher had the music so loud, that I could barely hear her. Super annoying. I even told her, and did she do anything about it? No, left the music the same. If she raised her voice , I could barely tell. Teachers should know that as yogis we should always be practicing listening to the movements and gaining the skill of being able to take a class without having to constantly look at the instructor. Also how am I going to look at her when I am upside down and in awkward positions?!?! If they are going to blast the music then they should have teachers wear a mic or something. And why would the teacher be ok with me not being able to hear? Not sure why she didn't want to help me hear her. I ended up having to leave a little more than halfway through bc I felt weak and sick, and my clothes were drenched making me uncomfortable, another thing I would have done differently if I knew it was hot yoga.

Several times after paying for $40 drop in I have teachers who barely understand how to do yoga can barely remember the sequence that theyāre supposed to be doing laugh and make awkward jokes about how they keep messing up is really distracting. Itās sort of appalling that thereās no feedback or actual training that they have it seems like. Itās also so hard to take a 22-year-old seriously after practicing over for 20 years.
