Crystals Garden NYC — Local services in New York

I’m giving this place a low score because the staff was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I witnessed a guy who asked for help sliding the glass door open to one of the displays and the staff member got upset they had to come over and help. The staff member began berating the guy saying, “you superman or something?” and continuing to confront the guy about it over and over again. It was very confrontational and unnecessary. Even when my friend and I made our purchase, that same staff member didn’t say thank you or anything pleasant to us. They need a different job. Aside from all that though, the store has a wide selection of crystals, gemstones, minerals, and other things like plants and incense. The prices are okay and they are priced appropriately given the rarity and/or cut of the rocks. However, there are better stores in the city/area. Would NOT...

The only thing real about this place is the PLANTS. I purchased 5 items from here over a month ago including a round rose quartz bracelet and a round ruby zoisite bracelet. I washed the rose quartz -ALL shine gone, the surface is like sand paper and it feels weightless.

Recently I went to another crystal shop. The owner was excited when he saw me wearing ruby zoisite but we quickly found out it was NOT REAL (Made of GLASS). The owner (at the other shop) took a UV light and there was NO GLOW on any of the beads. Ruby is supposed to glow. He then pulled out REAL RUBY ZOISITE and it Glowed.

I feel a deep betrayal. I spent time looking for crystal gardens, I spent almost $80 in that shop and nothing was authentic. I still love my bracelet, but I can’t look at...

Peace, I've been shopping at this Crystal Garden for many Moon cycles now. I'm so Greatful that I have found this Blessed place of Healings, Protection, Love, Beauty and more. The People that work here are exceptional, and always delightful too interact with . I'm greatful, give thanks and Love too all of them, as they have always been so helpful, positive energy, knowledgeable, willing too learn, teach, understanding and innerstanding... Be sure too give them thanks and positive energy when entering and leaving. Some items I have purchased include small/large Crystal's, Spiritual Crafts, a museum like piece, and wrapped certain precious stones here. They're wrapping is divine and majestic looking.
