I would like to place a formal complaint regarding sales associates Steve Kim and Martha Wey, who work at the Dior store in Hudson Yards. I came into the Dior store to make a purchase. Martha left me with products on the table to cater to other customers, particularly Caucasian customers. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I asked if she could help me so that I could complete my purchase and leave. She told me to wait again to do the same with customers who presented after me. I then went to seek help from another associate, Steve Kim. Steve was helping another customer and I just waited in the periphery. Steve asked if I had a question and I said I wanted to make a quick purchase, but that I will wait. The customer told Steve that he could help me and Steve responds that this customer is more important than me in front of me. Again, attempting to make a simple quick purchase, no other associate was available. As I waited seeking assistance, Martha bypassed me and was asking if some of the other Caucasian customers needed help. The security guard directed Martha towards me as I had waited about 40 minutes at this point. She was again, very rude in communication. I will no longer be returning to this store and will also leave a review online regarding the incredibly poor customer service at...

She Greeted Me And Welcomed Me With A Big Smile. She Is A Person That Wont Force You To Purchase Something But I Can Tell That She Is Very Passionate About Her Job. She Even Offered Me Water & A Glass Of Champagne. That Was So Nice Of Her And She Was Very Sweet. There Was A Last Piece Of Purse That I Really Wanted And Kristina Asked Me If I Wanted A New One And She Will Prepare It And Ship It For Me Since I Live In New Jersey And She Even Explained To Me About Sales Tax Would Be Lower Compared To NY tax. But I Wanted The Purse So Bad And Didn't Hesitate To Purchase It On The Spot. Kristina Showed Me The Details Of The Purse That I Wanted It Was Fabulous! Supposedly the Texas store had to send to them, in NY, and then they sent to me. Makes no sense. I ordered a pair of shoes from London (another brand), AFTER I ordered these sandalsâŚthe shoes from London arrived faster than the Dior sandals in Texas. Something doesnât add up here. My guess is that they charged me for my sandals and then forgot to order them. Had I not been on top of them, who knows if I would have even received them. Spoke to Diorâs customer service who basically just passed on the message to the store. Two managers called me but really didnât offer me any options.
