Absolutely not. I ordered a sofa on Tax Free Weekend. It was 15 percent off. It was shipped late: they lied about the time, claiming I had to be home to get it. That the box was 81 lbs. They gave me 25% back, but upon getting the severely beat up box in transit, the rivets are broken, the couch was ripped, it wasn’t easy to put together and kept collapsing, and now they want me to return the whole thing and figure how to do this. They are supposed to send a return label and they have not. Now I have a broken couch, and out 600 plus dollars. The price is also lower than tax free weekend, minus the other discount I got. What are they going to do with this broken couch when I send it back? It’s missing parts and broken. To upset the customer more? It needs to be dragged right out to the curb. It has a rotten smell, we thought it was mold. The smell is taking over my living room. Like others said, they drag out the 30 days and then you are stuck with it. I’ve complained to the BBB, the FTC, and disputed it with the bank. No way am I going to be scammed. If you call the phone number it’s never in service.
