Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I visited this store the second time. The first time was when they first opened and the store leaders were amazing. I tried on several pieces and I was treated with amazing respect. I never forgot my amazing experience and how great I felt.
This time the sales associates a white guy and girl were extremely standoffish and seemed very uninterested. The both of them didn’t greet me and seemed like they did not wanted to assist me. I got the hint and left.
It’s a shame people in sales positions still bring their unprofessional behavior and biases to work with them.
