HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT do business with this company. Darielle, our broker, intentionally lied to us during the tour/lease signing process about a gas outage in our building, causing the gas to be out for MONTHS out of our lease. Her failure to inform us about the gas outage while utilizing her brokers license breached her duty to disclose this type of information to us and to transact in good faith. Her actions are absolutely unacceptable....
