I come here only for zipper repairs. I've managed to wreck 5 long down coats zippers, and I was thinking about just throwing them out since none of the local dry cleaner seamstress can repair them. I heard from a friend that this place does zippers, and figured it was worth a shot. The guy took my coat, and it was ready 15 minutes later. At $10 a zipper repair or replacement, it was way cheaper than a new down coat, I can't recommend it enough. Did a terrible job glueing the leather straps of my purse straps which had come apart. They weren’t fully glued together in some parts and when I informed him about it he rudely argued with me that I purposely pulled the straps apart even though I was standing in front of him inspecting the bag upon pickup. Also some areas the glue oozed out of the straps and formed hard white blobs. The leather is black so it was very apparent and really ruined my bag. I will not return here and don’t recommend his service. He will do a mediocre job and try to argue it is your fault if you point out any issues...
