As someone who is a regular at blank street, I’m extremely disappointed at the attitude and customer service skills of this particular employee. I asked if she can make the carrot cake matcha in respect to a nut allergy because it has been done at 3 other establishments I’ve been to. She told me that she ā€œwill not be cleaning out a whole pitcher to make a drinkā€. I told her that is not necessary and she can just have the drink mixed in the cup it’s being made in and then her response was ā€œIf you have an allergy than don’t get a drink here.ā€ She then proceeded to give me dirty looks while i waited for my friends to finish ordering their drinks. I understand not wanting to take risks of contaminations for allergies but the attitude and disrespect is not an appropriate response for an...

I recently visited this coffee store and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite having no problem with the diverse clientele, the service was appalling. I was completely ignored while waiting to place my order, even though there were multiple employees available. When I finally called someone to take my order, it took nearly 10 minutes to get a cappuccino, and there was barely anyone ahead of me.

The staff seemed more interested in chatting, laughing, and enjoying themselves rather than attending to customers. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. This is by far one of the worst coffee shops I’ve ever visited. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone seeking...

Come to this blank street all the time to get my coffee and not only do I go for the drinks but I go to this location for the baristas who liven up the place with their great personalities and awesome great vibes.but today the vibes were weird and not what I was expecting.one of my favorite barista Kareem Perry was let go who is my favorite person their not only is he great but he makes my drink with care and always greets me and it shows he truly cares he’s an amazing lively person and I’m sad to see him go.the store seems really off as well as the baristas without their coworker seems really unfair they gave away their hard and strongest worker. Seems like they treat hard workers unfairly. I will no longer be going to...

First time at Blank Street and it did not disappoint! Special shout out to Z. I was stuck deciding between the cookies and cream matcha and the salted pistachio matcha, and she explained the flavor profiles of both so patiently and thoroughly. Z’s energy was so exuberant and contagious and I saw other customers thank her profusely after getting their drinks as well. I ended up getting pistachio which was a yummy and unique lil sweet treat - thanks Alejandro and Patty for concocting it. šŸµ 5 stars for genuine and professional service!! šŸµ

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks/months (used to go to the Dunkin’ close by) and believe me, I never went back to Dunkin. First of all the atmosphere in this place is amazing, is always warm and smells like fresh coffee, they have a small sitting area as well. Everything they have on the menu tastes like heaven, even a regular hot brew makes my mouth melt for it, and the employees are so nice, they have a fast service, greet you when coming in and going out with a sweet smile on their faces. 10/10 for everythingšŸ‘šŸ»šŸ’Æ
