Hi my name is Crystal White and I just wanted to show my gratitude to the amazing EMT responders who came to my family’s recuse. On January 18, 2020, we had to call for help because my mom had passed out. First I want to say that the arrival time was great. The spirit and concern of the emergency responders was just simply amazing. They worked on our mom and talked us through everything. Their customer service skills were in full affect. We felt like we knew them forever. Their badge numbers are, 4472, 4732 and 1873. Their vehicle number was, 39V2. My family and I commend them on their professionalism and concern for our mother. Thanks to them and the grace of God she is feeling better. Now mind you one of them was in training and she is in good hands and learning from the best. FDNY really needs to figure this out. I came to get a Certification of Fitness at 8am. Is going to be 3pm,I’m still waiting to take test wait they haven’t even called my number to pay.FDNY don’t have enough tellers to help the security guards are doing a great job keeping things going but something is wrong because there is no way that I’m #1 waiting to pay for fees and nothing . Maybe open more offices in different boroughs or hire more people get more computer for testing something...

I went there so many times to get a studying materials to prepare for the test, the securities so disrespectful to people, rude and so unprofessionals.
