Let me tell you the DMV is heaven compare to this place....be prepared to be here atleast for 3 hrs or more....I got here like about 1 it's currently 3:46....still haven't taken the F02 yet....there is 9 windows only 5 windows is open for service. You have to pay online I would recommend it saves time that's what they say but it really doesn't....need more people at the window and need a bigger testing room...and put signs on the wall for where to wait and put it on the floor so people know where to stand so the security guards don't talk too much....very surprise coming here like I said if you think the dmv is bad come here and you will see what is bad....the only reason why am giving a 5 star is because the ladies in the actual exam room was the nice the security guards are nice and the guy taking the pictures he was cool and the lady next to him in the other window she was pleasant aswell ...the system really needs to change tho....gotta help the people working here a better system to go by...the FDNY owes it to them so we all can do a effiencient job all around.....but mein have to mentally prepare yourself when.going here.....reach there 1pm and left...

I was a volunteer k9 handler for weeks after 9-11. I have been trying for weeks and I cannot get any help from either the pd or fd. I need to get a copy of my sign in sheets from when we signed in. I like other ,am very sick. I live in Atlanta So I can't walk into a house or Precient to get help.I am only 55 father of teenage boys husband. I can not breath. Have had cancer and my lungs are des on 12/12/2023.troyed. I actually coded last week and yjabk god i was in a hosoital setting. I have the worst lawyers. Staff could've been more efficient if they could curb their ego and be polite. Some spent so much time being rude to people they forget to tell them to scan the QR code outside. Many instances of people having to exit the building after getting yelled at for getting in line without ticket, so you're wasting everyone's time by making them go through the metal detector more than once. Metal detector staff lady was incredibly impatient with the people before me and would slam the customers' papers and documents on the counter in disappointment and anger. I genuinely felt bad for them, seeing as they're practically paying for courses and staff wages. You'd think that after so many negative reviews there would be some sort of call to action... But I can't imagine seeing as this is a common theme around state/citywide...
