I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Williamsburg Framebridge location, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience there. From the moment I walked in, Quinn and Justin went above and beyond to assist me with custom framing a stunning photo of the northern lights that was a gift from my bosses.

Their customer service was exceptional. Quinn and Justin were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my vision and offer expert advice on the best framing options. They walked me through the various customization possibilities, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Their passion for their work truly shone through, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I had originally chosen one frame color/design in my head, but Justin’s expertise helped me in selecting the right one based on the color palette of the art.

What impressed me the most was the constant communication and updates provided throughout the framing process. I never had to wonder about the status of my project because Quinn and Justin kept me informed every step of the way. Their dedication to keeping me in the loop made me feel valued as a customer and reassured that my piece was in the best hands.

The final product exceeded my expectations. The custom frame beautifully complemented the northern lights photo, enhancing its beauty and significance. Thanks to Quinn and Justin, I now have a cherished piece that will always remind me of this meaningful gift.

After being disappointed with estimates I was receiving from shops around me for the quality of work... I decided to give Framebridge a shot and they did not disappoint!

I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the store! I was helped by a gentleman wearing glasses (I'm sorry I forgot your name but you're the only one that I saw with glasses). I was able to look at different frames for a long time (I'm not decisive... and a lot of the options looked nice... lol) and I never felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything. The price points are transparent. It wasn't someone sizing me up and seeing how much they could get away with charging me. The staff member helping me went above and beyond answering my questions about materials, ETA, etc.

I don't know if it helps but I gave them the drawing 12/18 and went to pick it up 1/2. Not bad IMO. I don't want to set any expectations but that was just my experience.

Besides the experience being great... I was really happy with the frame! The green color and material really complimented the drawing! I want to thank the associate for helping me decide on a frame and overall making it an awesome experience! I look forward to framing...

Staff is friendly, but no one I worked with knew much about framing methods/materials. I had an original vintage lithograph that I needed framed and only went here bc I had a coupon. I specifically asked for my print to be hinged/top-mounted rather than drymounted (permanently adhered to foamcore, which is their standard practice). I was assured they knew what I was asking for and this would be no problem, but of course, when I picked up the frame the print was drymounted (essentially ruining it as an original work of art) and the spacers were not made deep enough, so the print was touching the glazing...which will also eventually ruin the surface. I was quite angry and raised my concerns, but only got push back (and a small refund) from the staff who argued with me about mounting methods. I'm not tying to be a know-it-all but I've worked at 5 different frame shops and have done framing for major galleries/museums. And drymounting is most-definitely not the same as hinging/top-mounting, despite what their staff says. I definitely will not be back here. And I definitely don't recommend this place for any original artworks or...
