Best best best best! Can I tell u how good I looked today walking into the courtroom. Frankie Shop rocks. Itās become my go to for classic with a hint of trend and comfort. So flipping good. Rich. Beautiful. Contained. Classy. Boss. I was interviewed by the Wall St Journal about the oversized blazers which was very cool. And one time in Soho I stopped in the shop to repurchase a blazer Iād bought before because my cat scratched it, met the owner, and she discounted my entire purchase⦠how cool is that! She is AWESOME, REAL AND INSPIRATIONAL. SHE HAS AN EYE toward TAKING THE COMMON TO this delicate place of uncommon, but not too much⦠just a little hint⦠a whisperā¦. I was just in Paris and went to the shop there, it was packed with people and all things good. Bought the most classic and uncommon drawstring trench and felt BEAUTIFUL IN PARISā¦. I literally had the coolest coat. Thank you for making us so hotā¼ļø Recently bought this amazing sequin rugged dream of a shirt. Wow. I canāt wait to wear it. I may just put it on right now just to be š awesome.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not from the area but I've known this brand for years, however I could not risk ordering online as in case the size is wrong, it'll be a huge hassle for returns.
Finally, I had a NYC trip this year and I literally reserved a date and times to visit both locations. I was surprised to see such negative reviews towards the brand, however upon reading, it's mostly the in store experience, not the quality itself. I still went despite such negative reviews.
What I like about the brand is the timeless aesthetic. With it being on the pricier side, I expected high quality clothing. It disappointed me a little to see a few loose stitches.
While the Crosby location really gave me an unwelcoming vibe, Bianca from Stanton made it a pleasant experience. She greeted me as soon as I came, acknowledged my presence and overall very helpful and polite. I don't need a red carpet experience but to be treated decently despite background or clothes I wear, that's something I appreciate....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreZero. For the stuff. If you meet a stuff named āEmmaā, stay away from her. Sheās not the server but is like the buyer.
I bought a jacket at the last minute before the closing time of the store in a hurry. I double confirmed for several times with āEMMAā that I can exchange the cloth with a smaller size as it seems little large. The next day I came back, with label/receipts all prepared and wanted to change for a smaller one. āEMMAā said:
āI saw you tried on the cloth and walked out the store with the cloth on yesterday, I cannot change it for you.ā
Even without looking at the cloth or check, she refused to exchange. Then she act like the winner of an argument.
No notification or reminder from her that the cloth cannot be exchanged for wearing like 10 seconds even she knew I wanted to change for a smaller one.
No patience. No courtesy. Wearing a long face staring at every customer. Sheās like the model walking around the store,...
