Bar was nice but had a terrible experience with our server. Sat at our outdoor table for 20 minutes without service, finally asked the host if we could place an order at the bar ( which we couldn’t because of covid laws/restriction) just so we could get a drink and he told us we had to wait for a server. I expressed to the gentleman that we had been waiting a while and I wanted to be respectful to the staff/servers working tonight, however we were approaching 30 minutes without even an order. He was very kind and polite and said he would get my server to us. Within 10 minutes our server, a young blonde woman aggressive walked up and stated “ let me take your order since you guys made a complaint against me”. I’ve never in my life experienced that hostility with a server. She then bent over the table and took some orders, while looking over at my friend and I, stating “I can read lips and know what you’re saying, so what do you want”, in the most aggressive tone I’ve ever received from a server. I was shocked. I didn’t even giver her my order because I was so nervous she was going to spit in my drink considering her hostility. I found this place on pulsd and that's how I tried them but service was horrible we had to get up like ten times to place our orders at the bar... no one greeted us when we walked in. I had the chopped cheese with fries not good fries tasted old and burnt mean while the bartender lady was eating behind the bar fresh fries and wings.... my friend had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and her fries were also burnt and her chicken was overcooked and dried and they still thought they deserved the right to charge a 20% gratuity for horrible food and service. I originally went there because my friend said they were good. The manager looks like he drinks all day. When the bartender brought us the food she didn't ask if we wanted ketchup or bbq sauce for our food, she gave us no utensils and no napkins we had to get up every single time and walk to the bar to constantly ask for all of this..when she brought us our drinks before the food she said to us that the napkins and straws are at the bar and to grab it ourselves if we need it... never again.... but my drinks were nice and if I would ever go back it would be for a quick drink only because my drinks did taste good.
