I see varied reviews here, here's my experience: tried calling for business cards, and spoke with someone named Rick. While I appreciated his referral towards what I currently needed I did not appreciate his demeanor towards the end, when I was trying to plan ahead for future dealings(get a quote). I don't know if it was candor or a starting loss of composure; first time I called, while he stated it was due to disconnection, I believe(again believe) I was hung up on after he concluded I would not currently be making a purchase. Second time I called, I expressed my dissatisfaction (to see that maybe it was indeed a misunderstanding). When I tried to plan ahead and get a quote for my desired future services, he stated(again stated) that he was growing frustrated with me, and that he does not have time to deal with me. After which I took the liberty of ending the call myself this time. Both of these conversations together took place in a matter of at most 1 minute and 30 seconds(0 to 100?). I read several previous reviews speaking of the poor customer service, I would have to agree with these reviews. As I read all of the reviews I give this place 2 stars (rather than 1) only because I was not a customer(but now I will never be), and because he at least gave me a referral. My advice is if you have to use this place, with no other option, then know what you want. Have a guess at how much you need and have it (because evidently the employees don't want to tell you the worth of their services unless you guess correctly and have the money ready). Evidently they are quick with their service, but I wouldn't know. I honestly only wrote this review due to spite towards his attitude.

Read moreThis is a review for their embroidery service. This place is a rip off and completely incompetent. I wanted to give them about 10 pieces of clothing to be embroidered so I naturally started with one piece to see if they would screw it up and of course they did. They gave me a digital proof to verify the spelling of my name and the color of the threading, etc. it all started off well, but that's where it ended. After verifying all of this they asked for the money in advance which was a ridiculous amount of money, about 50 dollars, which included extra payment to make a "digital proof", absurd. About 4-5 days later I went to pick up the item and they misspelled my name!!! Why charge me for a digital print and then screw it up, really!?! So I let them know and they said they would correct it. About a week later I go to pickup the item and for some reason there was a brown area that looked like burned fabric around the name and the fabric was completely pilled. I have no idea how this place had good reviews, they are incompetent, they ruined a $100 piece of clothing and charged $50 to screw it up, now I'm out $150 and wasted more than 2 weeks of time, good thing I didn't give them all 10 items or I would have had a serious problem. I gave him my denim vests and design; the final result looked like cheap plastic. So we agreed that he would try a new technique. I was told that it would be a 2-3 week turnaround time. LIES! It took a month for Adam to even begin working on my order. This was concerning because I only asked him to do one vest (we were testing out the new technique before we committed to printing on all of her merch). First of all, the end result still looked horrible and he messed up our request. He agreed to do a total refund; great I guess, he didn't seem to care one way or the other. I went to receive my refund and the manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. He called my vests "junk" and basically threw it aside. He debated me on my refund, even though I showed him my correspondence from Adam confirming the refund, he said "I'm not reading that!" He yelled at me and was very disrespectful.
