These guys lost my package and would not take responsibility for it. Here is the first email I got from them...

"Per our conversation, please be advised that I am personally reaching out to upper management in regards to your missing package.

I completely understand your frustration over this situation. The deliverer told you one thing and I'm telling you another. Please understand that this is one of my many responsibilities along side with Lexi. Leaving packages in the hallway is NOT something we do. We are here to make sure all the companies are able to run smoothly and receive what gets sent here to them.

Everyone knows Greendesk. It's a chain of cheap, starter offices for cheap, starter companies. This is not an office you bring a client to. It's a place you come because you hope to move elsewhere.

The walls do not even reach the ceiling and there is always a funky stench, questionable cleanliness, internet issue. Management spies on their members, the cleaning lady watches TV in the lounge and all the members receive regular reminder notices for staff tips.

The sales woman says they are sanitizing and following CDC recommendations during COVID, that floors are steam sanitized and air filters are hospital grade; they are NOT. Staff and members alike ignore social distancing, hand sanitizing, basic mask protocol. Management response to any complaint is an excuse or a denial,...

As a preferred vendor for the rooftop event space, it's ideal to have our office here - we love giving site tours for potential weddings and events, and providing rental equipment.

Our team has been here for two years now and we've had a great experience with the space (productive work environment, conference room bookings, printing, and storage). The building staff are attentive to our needs and assist to the best of their abilities. Location is also incredible - Domino Park is basically the backyard to this building.
