Update: I have moved my review from one star to three as Juan is working with me to make things right from last year.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company, and I offer warning to those that do. Last year, 2019, we ordered palms for Palm Sunday ($300). As the delivery date passed, I contacted Palm Distributors only to be informed by Juan, if I remember correctly. that they had overlooked our order and it would not be sent. Needless to say, this created problems for Palm Sunday. He was apologetic and assured me our money would be refunded. After some time, I emailed Lucia, the rep that had originally confirmed my order, and informed her that, to date, we had not received a refund. It is now almost a year later and nobody from Palm Distributors has returned any of my calls or emails. And no refund has been offered. Please keep this in mind when you consider...

Apparently I didn't do my homework on this company. I placed order for palm leaves. I didn't receive an order confirmation for my order however I did get an email confirming my payment through paypal. I called and spoke to Juan. He told me he would get with them to confirm my order. It was manually input by him I wanted delivery of April 9 he asked if I wanted them closer to the weekend I told him, I wanted them on the 9th so I wouldn't have to worry.

I have yet to get any shipment tracking information They are 2 days late now and of course they were to be shipped UPS. I have day left for UPS in the week

I have since called 2 more times and talked to some pleasant ladies, however they take my name and phone number and email. they tell me they will have someone contact me Still no response.

I had ordered 500 palm leaves for Palm Sunday. I was supposed to get the leafs by Friday afternoon, 2 days before Palm Sunday. When I called them they said the consignment got held up at the border and the leafs all got rotten and spoiled. I emailed Lucia several times who is the contact person and never heard back from her. I called the company several times and was promised that Lucia would call back. They could not give me a time frame when they could send me the order. They also failed to refund the money I paid them. I just called them again today 5/10/2019 and no one is answering the phone.
