By far the best place I’ve found in NYC. The apartment was clean, spacious, safe, and in a great location. Yana is amazing, too. She’s very responsive and caring and helped me with everything I needed — always with a warm greeting and smile on her face, too. If something went wrong, it was insanely easy to get it fixed! The housekeeping service was phenomenal. I had no issues with pests which is unheard of in NYC. I was so sad to leave my apartment and will most definitely look at Heritage Apartments when I begin the search for my next apartment...
